Wedding Bar Packages

Mobile bartending services can be a great addition to any wedding. We offer 2 types of customisable packages:

5 hour package – (up to 100 guests) $1200 incl GST

7 Hour package – (up to 100 guests) $1400 incl. GST

These include:

  • 2 Fully uniformed, professional and friendly bar/wait staff
  • 1 mobile bar – choose from either our stylish event bar or rustic pallet bar
  • Bartending equipment
  • Glassware
  • Delivery, removal & cleaning

Our modern and stylish designed mobile bar is complete with a stainless-steel servery ledge and workbench that looks great either with the LED lights on or off. It’s self-contained and comes with an ice well and speed racks to increase service quality.  It can glow in a range of colours, can be installed in any venue and will be the hub of activity at any function!

Equipment

We will provide everything we need for the bar to run smoothly and efficiently. Our basic equipment package includes:

  • 1 trestle table & cloth
  • ice tubs, garbage bin
  • drink trays
  • stainless steel ice bucket
  • ice scoops, water jugs
  • bottle openers
  • nip pourers & measures
  • chopping board
  • knives
  • bin liners
  • Spray & Wipe
  • CHUX cloths
  • straws, napkins & tea towels

Glassware

Highball, wine and champagne glassware for up to 100 guests (Does not include glassware for tables, please enquire about the cost for additional glassware).

Please contact us for a tailored quote should you have additional guests, require glassware for tables or have a remote location. Sundays and public holidays not included

Hens, Bucks & Cocktail Party Packages

ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGES (maximum 50 people)

3 hour package – (up to 100 cocktails – choose up to 4) $950

5 Hour package – (up to 150 cocktails – choose up to 5) $1400

For all packages you will get:

  • Professional and friendly cocktail bartender
  • All spirits, mixers, and garnishes for the cocktails
  • Ice and Ice Bucket
  • All glassware
  • All cocktail-making bar equipment
  • Delivery, set up, pack down and all cleaning
  • Cold Party Food Platters (optional)

Additional charge for Long Island Iced Tea and Mai tai $25 per selection.
All prices exclude GST. Travel charges may apply to areas outside of the Gold Coast.

For a 3-hour event:
